About Us
Support Rooted in Understanding
Rise and Shine Wellbeing was created to offer families something many struggle to find — calm, compassionate support from someone who truly understands the emotional weight parents and children carry.
Behind the practice is Lynsey Yetton, a wellbeing coach and parent whose professional work is deeply shaped by lived experience, empathy and a commitment to helping families feel less alone.
Meet Lynsey Yetton
Lynsey’s path into family wellbeing support began long before launching her practice.
As a parent of a child with additional needs including ADHD, anxiety, OCD and trichotillomania, Lynsey understands the daily emotional strain, uncertainty and advocacy required to support a neurodiverse child. She also understands how isolating parenting can feel when others do not fully see the challenges families face.
Earlier in life, Lynsey experienced severe panic attacks herself. Working through those difficulties gave her personal insight into anxiety, emotional regulation and the importance of feeling safe and supported.
These lived experiences allow Lynsey to connect with parents and young people with genuine empathy, patience and understanding.
Families are never judged. They are heard, supported and guided at a pace that feels manageable.
